What photo should I upload?

For the best portrait, upload a clear, high-quality photo of your pet taken in good natural lighting. Your pet should be facing the camera and no filters should be applied. Check out our Photo Guide for more information.

Can I include more than one pet?

How long does it take?

Digital prints are ready in a few days. It takes about a week for printed and framed products to be shipped and arrive at your door.

Do I get to review the artwork before it's printed?

You can add an optional, free proof at checkout to review and request changes before your portrait is finalised. Please note, this may add 1-3 business days to production.
