Photo Guide

To create the best possible portrait of your pet, the quality of your photo helps us capture their unique personality and details.

Don't worry, you don't need a professional photo. Most everyday photos work perfectly.

  • Use natural light or well-lit room.
  • Avoid shadows that could hide details.
  • Make sure your photo is front-on so the pet's head and chest are visible.
  • Take the photo from eye-level.
  • Any photos that aren't suitable will be flagged and you'll be asked to upload again.

Clear image, no filters, good lighting, face and chest visible.
